Individual Family Sessions
If you would like to work as a family more one on one/two/three book a free consult below. We do work with families more individually if this makes sense for your family. We can also book sessions with you if you have particular issues you want help with for example:
- Writing nurturing contracts with your loved one that may less likely trigger them (using softer, more dialectical language)
- Coming up with boundaries and documenting and implementing them (Boundaries like; financial, space, tone, expectations etc.)
- Dealing with an upcoming family get together and having a plan (Using the DBT skill of Cope Ahead)
- Changes in circumstance for example a loved one moving in or out and putting in place expectations, boundaries and criteria
- Family crisis event happened and you need help with picking up the pieces and getting back to living more peacefully
