Have to listened to people with ADHD talk about their new found success in life after therapy when they learned and implemented techniques to help them?

DBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy has proven to help with ADHD challenges and quickly unlike other therapies that can take a lot longer and some may even be more frustrating for a person with ADHD.
